UTMB World Series is the largest and most famous trail running competition in the world. With 30 races worldwide and a final in Chamonix Mont-Blanc, France, this is the reference for all trail runners. Thailand Mountain Trail works as the UTMBI Representative for Thailand and has been selected by the Ministry of Sport and Tourism of Thailand and Sport Authority of Thailand (SAT) to advise them on all sides of the race organisation (routes, elites, participants, safety, timing…) for the Thai edition thailandbyutmb.com.
Queen of the Jungle is a unique trail-running adventure. It’s a 3-day stage race by teams of 2 dedicated to running girls. The route is held through jungle, rice fields and mountains in the wildest areas of the country. The stations and overnights are organized in the hill-tribe villages alongside the track. The main target of the race is to run the full distance in 3 days (140k and 8’400m+) and to raise money for the ‘Sport for Kids’ project in the hill tribes. www.queen-jungle.com
Ultra Thai is probably the toughest Ultra Trail in South-East Asia or in Asia. It’s mountainous, technical and wild in difficult conditions with hot and humid weather. The target of the participants in Ultra Thai must run the whole TGR1 route, the first long hiking footpath of Thailand, from Chiang Mai to Chiang Dao. Chiang Mai Running Retreat is a trail running camp hold every year at the end of June. It happens around Chiang Mai in the highest mountain range of Thailand. It is 3 days of trail running on 3 routes discovered in exclusivity by TMT by groups of level led by Elite guides. New Year Mountain Camp is a multi-days training camp. This edition will be held in the highest mountain range of Thailand with 4 full days of trail running. Total distance is from 75kms to 105kms and total elevation is from 4’300m+ to 6’000m+ according groups and levels. Accommodation in comfortable resorts and hotel*** and the New Year night and dinner will be in a beautiful hill-tribe village. The trip is all-inclusive with stations and meals organized everyday.
